SQL DBA:

Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience (SQL DBA)

• Fluent oral and written communication skills.
• Need real-time experience on Azure/ Cloud environment database configuration & maintenance.
• Need expertise experience to diagnose the performance issue, query tuning in live environment.
• Required experience on managing SQL Server databases through multiple environments, from development, QA, UAT, SIT & Production systems.
• Need hands on experience in high availabilities like Log shipping, Replication, Mirroring & Always-on with windows cluster configuration.
• Need hands on large volume table level partition.
• Good problem solving skill is must in SQL database level to application.
• Expertise in plans and implements DR mechanism.
• Must require experience in SQL version upgrade and server migration in both form (side by side / in-place).
• Need experience on scripting to automate the day to day operation on database server.
• Performs the capacity planning required to create and maintain the databases.
• Need to play Independently to analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Implements and enforces security for all of the SQL database instance.
• Customer handling skills would be an added advantage.

Oracle DBA:

Experience: 7 - 9 years of experience (ORACLE DBA)

• Fluent oral and written communication skills.
• Managing Oracle Databases - Oracle 9i/10g/11g/12c, ASM, RAC, RMAN, Data Guard, Oracle Exadata
• Experience working with OEM for 10g/11g/12c.
• Need real-time experience on Azure/ Cloud environment database configuration & maintenance.
• Creates and maintains all databases required for development, QA, UAT, SIT & Production systems.
• Plans and implements backup and recovery of the Oracle database.
• Controls migrations of programs, database changes, reference data changes and menu changes through the development life cycle.
• Enforces and maintains database constraints to ensure integrity of the database.
• Assists with impact analysis of any changes made to the database objects.
• Troubleshoots with problems regarding the databases, applications and development tools.
• Performs the capacity planning required to create and maintain the databases.
• Performs ongoing tuning of the database instances.
• Diagnose the performance issues from SQL to Application to Database to System to Storage
• Work with various teams to resolve performance issues (development, storage administrators, network administrators, system administrators and business users)
• Implements and enforces security for all of the Oracle Databases.
• Need to work with already established data models and naming conventions.
• Customer handling skills would be an added advantage.
