2. Correct the errors and explain to the team.
3. See if the content is written as required and is not just vague input of words.
4. If a writer is making a mistake train them to write it in the right way.
5. Training Need Assessment (TNA) of the writers. Training them accordingly.7. Monitor the work of each writer.
8. Building Content Strategy communicating with all the concerned parties ( in-house resources as well as the clients)
9. Coordinating with other team heads and co-coordinators, and Project Managers.
10. Interviewing and Recruiting Writers in coordination with HR.
