Job Summary
  • Establishing and Maintaining Project Governance
  • Managing change management processes and resolving/escalating issues as necessary
  • Managing Project Performance and providing status updates to the Stakeholders and Management
  • Identify and manage Stakeholders, including facilitating signoffs and meetings
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the status, risks and issues related to the delivery
  • Lead working group meetings and document minutes
  • Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.
  • Providing resource plan that meets the skill requirements of the project and deliver on budget
  • Developing project plans and obtaining agreement and signoff on them, then executing against them
  • Develop a sound understanding of the Bank\'s policies, systems and processes.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Organising the various professional people working on a project
  • Carrying out risk assessment
  • Making sure the quality standards are met
  • Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
  • Submit project status reports to stakeholders; reviews bugs; plans software releases; anticipates and reacts to change.
  • Ability to deliver within and across functional teams that are geographically distributed
  • Ability to manage deliverables within agreed time lines
  • Keep abreast of important developments and contribute to thought leadership and subject matter expertise within the team.
