Responsibility

We are looking for a Technical and Automation expert for COLM application, who is able to help lead all aspects of testing.

Improve overall technical / functional maturity of the team, coverage, implementing automation, establishing technical / functional testing standards and process.

Develop/build robust, risk and control focus team.

Strategize and implement infrastructure automation.

Partner and collaborate with PM's, BA's and Dev teams to ensure the delivery of suitable, effective and cost-efficient techno-functional testing services

Involve in all phases of testing and provide Front-to-Back test solution.

Champion of Shift left testing and automation.

Leverage automated testing solutions within the team and projects.

Good QA process and documentation skills writing test plans, test cases, raising defects in JIRA & QC.

Develop high quality test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and test cases from business requirements and provide effort estimates on test development, execution and for other tasks.

Execute functional, system, integration and regression testing based on task assignment; report, track and follow up on product issues in a timely manner with Development, BA and Support teams.

Should be able to independently manage the releases, and he/she should manage it with minimal supervision.

Your skills and experience

Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT industry.

Automation skills in Java, Python, UFT, Selenium or any scripting skills.

Leverage automated testing solutions within the team and projects.

SQL knowledge and experience.

Good QA process and documentation skills writing test plans, test cases, raising defects in JIRA & QC.

Develop high quality test strategies, test plans, test scenarios and test cases from business requirements and provide effort estimates on test development, execution and for other tasks.

Good communication skills and coordination skills to interact with Dev, BA and other QA team members.
