Procurement & Product Supply Chain Job in Vehant Technologies

1-Inventory, Supply Planning & Documentation:

1. Supply planning & controlling stock Availability, Accounting of Inventory.

2. Forecasting & Contingency planning for Stock requirement account to sales requirement, AMC, Warranty & Demo etc for premise & project.

3. Maintain Set par levels, First-In-First-Out, Regular auditing of stock

4. Prioritize with ABC, keeping records of Inventory in respective Store / Plant

5. Maintaining and keeping records of Inventory, Inward / Outward materials, delivery of the materials at the site on time.

6. Product Returns under AMC warranty & Vendor repair return on RGP's.

2-Procurement:

1. Placing purchase orders in response to material requirements (quantity and timing).

2. On Regular Basis Supply schedule followups, Monitoring procurement cycle time & Cost

3. Quotation Valuation and Negotiation from different vendors/Suppliers/Logistic partners & Service provider for Procurement of the materials

4. Planning, Executing, directing, and coordinating purchasing activities for all complex, high-value parts, components, supplies, equipment, raw materials, and services at the best terms

5. Determining the quantity and order date for materials needed to meet the master production schedule and ensuring these orders are placed in compliance with company standards

6. Instrumental in the negotiation of long-term agreements resulting in a reduction in material cost.

7. Working within cross-functional dept., ( Finance, development teams, Pre-sales /Sales & Factory) to support business unit product cost goals, material compliance with the company policy of high quality while minimizing in

3-Vendor Management & Logistics Handling:

1. Vendor Handling, Expediting, Negotiation & Auditing respective vendors to get on-time supplies & without compromising product quality.

2. Import, Export, Re-Export, Out of country Exhibition & timely clearing of Crucial import shipments from customs with Overview on Tariffs, duties, Indian tax regime & BIS licenses.

3. liaison with External clients, Vendor -Selection, RFQ, Expedite Supply.
