Job Summary:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for complete lifecycle of ML products (business understanding -> research -> model selection based on business and engineering constraints -> model scaling and deployment)
• Conceptualize, design and deliver high quality solutions and insightful analysis
• Work on gathering data and requirements, solution scoping and architecture, research and prototyping innovative models
• Build solutions by exploring data, building & validating models and deploying them to deliver maximum business impact
• Handle multiple projects as an individual contributor and be a multiplier by actively mentoring other resources within the team
• Handle end to end project/product techno-functional solutions independently and provide guidance to other team members

Skills and Experience:

• Graduate or PG degree in quantitative disciplines like Statistics/ Analytics/ Maths/BE/ BTech or Operational Research from top rank universities with exposure to AI/ ML/ Data Mining
• Experience in Cyber Security / Communication Intelligence Domain and application of ML / Deep Learning technology in the said domain
• Ability to work in cross functional teams to translate business issues into potential analytics solutions
• Proven expertise with a variety of Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques across structured and unstructured data sets
• Hands on proficiency in statistical packages and ML libraries (e.g. Python, R, Spark, SQL, Visualization tools)
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies (e.g. Spark, Kafka, Graph Databases etc.).
• Sound knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms etc.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to innovate and think out-of-the-box
• Ability to take initiative and handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
• Ability to meet objectives and adhere to deadlines with minimal supervision
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
• Strong collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability and willingness to acquire in-depth understanding of domain and existing products and apply that knowledge to work scenarios
