Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
The candidate should be at least Graduate. He should be having a business related knowledge with very strong communication skills. The candidate should be self-motivated in achieving the sales goals, should be a team player, should also perform the job independently.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling walk-in, telephonic and e-mail enquiries related to the project.
Maintaining database of potential customers.
Project detailing to the customers and closing the deal.
Sales generation through existing database.
Coordinating with on-site team
Assisting in marketing & promotional strategies for ongoing as well as upcoming projects of the company
Co-ordination with the Admin, Accounts as well as Liaisoning team.
Daily weekly and monthly survey report etc.
Meet new channel partners & Attend exhibitions
Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
(1) Minimum qualification is graduate with at least 5 years of experience in real estate.
(2) Technical skills : Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet , Social Media Websites such as FB, Linked in, Twitter etc.
(3) Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage.
