Continuous maintenance of plant facility equipment utilities at all times. Thorough understanding of utility facility equipment maintenance in a cGMP environment and ability to provide a high degree of assurance of continuous operation. Ability to guide the engineering team and maintain an SOP driven work culture. Ability to interface with the plant teams effectively and support their regulatory audit requirement with respect to engineering services at all times. To maintain all documents related to engineering services in order and communicate effectively with regulatory authorities. Lead cross-functional program teams to determine the requirements, amount of work, and availability to avoid delays and have timely completion of activities. Preparation of annual production budget to meet the Corporate Business Plan. Deciding on a monthly production plan by allocating the resources optimally. Monitoring production on daily basis and take action to correct the deviations if any. Monitoring the utility efficiency on a regular basis and control excess consumption. Guide production, maintenance stores, and admin teams in their respective functions. Ensure that adequate resources are provided for the efficient running of the plant. Review the plant status every week and send a report to HO. Ensure Safety Health and hygiene is sustained in the plant by monitoring and taking action on the audit reports.interface with the statutory bodies and ensure statutory compliance. Inputs to project and plant personnel and ensure the successful completion of new and improvement projects. Plan cash flow on a monthly basis and requirement to HO. Expense report on a monthly basis. Manage good industrial relations. Vendor Management and Alliance Development. To monitor the performance of the personnel and to conduct effectively to ensure discipline at the Unit level. To initiate training for personnel as per training needs
