We Are Hiring: Service Engineer

If you enjoy being on the move, solving technical challenges, and working directly with customers, this role is for you. As a Field Service Engineer (FSE), you will be responsible for providing on-site service, repair, installation, and maintenance of Videojet equipment at customer locations. Your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction, service growth, and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend breakdown calls to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Manage parts requests and complete service transactions under warranty, CAMP, or chargeable service.
• Install new equipment and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Promote service contracts and consumables to enhance customer relationships.
• Deliver product demonstrations and provide training to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records in Oracle.
• Identify spare parts requirements and work with customers to generate quotes and purchase orders.
• Proactively identify potential equipment needs and pass service leads to the sales team.

• Ability to balance multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities effectively.
• Analytical thinking for technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Engineering degree in any technical stream.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in field service within a technical product environment (Indian or multinational companies preferred).
• Proficiency in the local language is essential for effective communication with customers.
