Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Product Improvement Opportunities: Continuously look for ways to enhance existing products and identify new opportunities to improve user experiences based on user feedback and market trends.
• Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with the design lead and other team members to define design requirements based on insights from internal teams and user research. Ensure alignment on design goals throughout the process.
• Analyze Market Needs & Consumer Preferences: Evaluate how new products meet market demands and customer needs, ensuring designs are aligned with strategic business goals.
• Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with current design trends, tools, and market conditions to inform and improve your design work.
• Revise and Modify Designs: Update and iterate on existing designs to meet changing customer preferences and feedback, ensuring products remain relevant and engaging.
• Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with product engineers to suggest and implement improvements for both product designs and development processes.
• Present Design Concepts: Clearly communicate and present design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, advocating for design decisions and their impact on the product.

Requirements:

• Proven Design Experience: Experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, usability testing, and copywriting.
• Pixel-Perfect Mockups: Strong ability to create detailed, high-quality mockups that align with design and brand guidelines.
• Customer-Focused Design: A keen eye for understanding customer needs, and the ability to translate those needs into effective design solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail in both design execution and the user experience, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Collaborative Skills: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to deliver successful design solutions.
• Data-Driven Design: Comfortable collecting, interpreting, and acting on both qualitative and quantitative user feedback to improve designs.
