Job Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 3-8 years of experience to oversee and ensure the quality of our software products. In this role, you will work closely with development and testing teams to monitor and improve the quality of processes and outputs. You will be responsible for both manual and automated testing, ensuring the reliability and consistency of the product while fostering a high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Quality Operations: Oversee all operations affecting quality and ensure processes are being followed effectively.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure the software meets quality standards.
• Team Leadership & Guidance: Motivate and guide team members, helping them grow professionally and improving their performance.
• Ensure Product Quality: Check processes and final outputs to assure the reliability and consistency of the product.
• Issue Reporting: Report any malfunctions to stakeholders and ensure immediate corrective action.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and other relevant documentation.
• Take Full Responsibility: Own the entire QA process, ensuring the software meets the highest standards throughout development.

Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (e.g., BE, BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, MSc IT).
• Experience: 3-8 years of proven experience in quality assurance, specifically in functional, system, and performance testing of enterprise/server-side software.
• Testing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing (Selenium, Python/Java).
• Agile Frameworks: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including regression testing, is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with Selenium and programming in Python or Java for test automation.
  • User-level experience with Linux, including installing, troubleshooting, and debugging application software.
  • A good understanding of OS (Mac, Windows, and Linux) and networking concepts.
• Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
