Job Summary

Job Responsibilities: 1. Leading and coaching the SDRs to generate BANT qualified leads for the Sales team. 2. Qualifying and Nurturing the leads received from the marketing efforts. 3. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and manage SDRs grow the team 4. Routinely monitor prospecting calls, create formalized feedback for the SDRs to improve performance 5. Provide hands-on coaching and training to SDRs around the core skills like prospecting, emailing, cold calling, and follow-up strategies. 6. Create reports, analyze performance data and make recommendations to guide the strategic the direction of the team 7. Work with marketing and sales to optimize pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff 8. Understand and execute outbound engagement with an Account-Based Experience (ABX) approach, focusing on quality over quantity, by delivering highly relevant and targeted content and messaging at an Account and Persona level Desired Skills & Experience 1. 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business development roles in a B2B SaaS organization. 2. 1+ years of experience in managing an SDR or a BDR team. 3. A proven track record of delivering a sales pipeline with revenue accountability. 4. Experienced selling into multiple sales segments with an inbound and outbound model. 5. Excellent customer-facing skills using written or verbal communication. 6. Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline. 7. Should be able to attract, retain, and motivate team members. 8. Experience in utilizing and managing tools like Salesforce, Outplay, other sales engagement platforms, and data. 9. Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
