Regional Operations, ASP, Regional Support ASP, WTG Engineering & Support ASP

Regional Support Department is part of SBU, which provides Technical Support to Service & Construction teams in SCADA, Blades, and WTG Engineering

Responsibilities

• Working in a global team to provide technical and engineering support to Blade Technicians
• Solving technical problems
• Improve blades design during operations
• Guide Blade technicians on blade repairs
• Minimizing damages
• Create database on blades
• Cooperate with TSS & SBU
• Customer meetings & Customer satisfaction
• Maintains safe and healthy environment by following organization standards and legal regulations
• Reducing costs of energy production
• Customer facing meetings to negotiate warranty issues
• Root cause analysis and site visits to determine issues severity and next steps

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Polymer/Aeronautical Engineering
