Sales, SBU ASP, Sales and Commercial Optimization

The Sales and Commercial Optimisation Department is focusing on collaboration with key business stakeholders in providing methodical performance and bringing value engineering initiatives to increase the profitability of the wind projects. Other areas of focus are to identify opportunities for maximisation and develop the cost, benefit, and risk forecast models for commercial agreements and negotiation as well work very closely with our engineering department to analyse the product marketability and performance from the profitability perspective.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the value engineering and commercial analysis of complex size projects prior and during the tendering process for variety of markets across the Asia-Pacific region but with the focus on India market
• Lead in the deal positioning and evaluation of customer business case and model analysis
• Supporting Sales and Sales VP in interface with customers on the value proposition
• Initiate and develop necessary supporting financial models and commercial analysis for current and future projects and product developments
• Collaborate effectively with all internal stakeholders at all levels, while also coordinating through to completion on value chain of project commercial optimization (sales, technical, construction, service, structured finance, co-development, transport)
• Participate together with Sales Leaders in pricing and bidding strategies

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity, within the Analytical field for IPPs, Financial, Investment Banking, Financial Engineering and ideally in a projects or global setting within Energy Industry
• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Financing or Financial Engineering
• Work within the Energy industry will be a definite advantage
• Fluent in English with high level of ethics and confidentiality

Competencies

• Certainty and capability working with analytical tools related to business intelligence and commercial project/customer business case analysis
• Relevant experience and excellence in preparing financials and viability models, Financial Models, excel based or related calculation as well as visual data representation in forms of graphs, charts delivering clarity and the level of Insights required to increase the efficiency of business
• Experience in interpreting market information in an industrial or infrastructure environment
• Good communication, collaboration, out of box thinking skills and solution oriented attitude are highly required
