If yes, this might the be right opportunity for you. We are looking for a HR Master Data and Systems specialist to support us operate SuccessFactors Employee Central.
People & Culture, Digital P&C & Automation, P&C Digital & Continuous Improvement
Digital P&C Digital and Continuous Improvement is organised within Vestas' HR organisation. Our mission is to continuously improve HR operations through standardisation, process simplification and best practices supported from user perspective simple and intuitive HR digital solutions within our decided platforms. Our two primary focus areas are significantly interlinked:
(i) Digital HR solutions owners: being the interface between Process Owners and IT and securing well-functioning HR IT systems supporting the HR processes.
(ii) Driving Continuous Improvement projects within HR
Vestas is on a Digital journey within the HR area. We have implemented SuccessFactors. And we will continue to build solid Digital solutions based upon the SuccessFactors solution. Even if organized in HR the team run the full operation and maintenance of SuccessFactors whilst our Global IT has the technical responsibility for all other solutions. To secure this Digital journey we are searching for a team member who is thriving supporting the Vestas organization with solving the daily issues in a large global system landscape. The position is part of building a hub within the team in Chennai. You will be working closely with the rest of the team placed in Aarhus, Denmark.
You will be part of the delivery team situated in Chennai in India support the global Vestas organisation. Your primary role will be within SuccessFactors modules and SAP HCM where you have an important role handling the support and operations of the SuccessFactors modules and SAP HCM P/A. Our SuccessFactors solution is interfaced with SAP HCM PA/OM, but the technical maintenance of SAP HCM is handled by IT
Responsibilities
- Supporting the organization both fixing but also root causing issues within our systems
- Daily operations and maintenance of SuccessFactors Modules and SAP HCM
- Day-to-day 3rd level support
- Securing support documentation and work closely with Super User communities to enable our People & Culture regions shared service centers to coordinate support
- Handling of ongoing change request and organizing data loads when required
- Participate the half yearly SuccessFactors releases and other upgrades running tests etc. together with Super Users and Process Owners etc.
Qualifications
- We expect you to be experienced within the various SuccessFactors Modules and experience within HR Master Data (SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP HCM PA/OM and data interfaces) area would be advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience with operation of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- You have experience with SuccessFactors configuration and can handle the daily maintenance activities
- You are used to be in the front line supporting Super Users and End Users and take pride in delivering good experiences, but also automatically thinks how issues and challenges you meet can be avoided by optimizing processes, communication or eventually the system
- You can come both with an IT and HR background, but should master configuration in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- You may have your experience from either an IT or HR organization, or having experience as consultant supporting implementations
Competencies
- You are a Support and IT literate in the sense that you have a natural interest for securing daily operations and high level of user experience not only in the system but also in the interaction with People & Culture though the daily support
- A skilled operations person e.g. loves to drive the HR support with in a global context
- Good Continuous Improvement mindset working against fixing root causes for support requests raised. And knowing when to promote back to the rightful stakeholders
- IT technical savvy understanding HR processes
- Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to work well in a time-sensitive setting, with limited supervision and collaboratively, and as a member of a cross-functional team.
- System & service mindset with a good desire towards better user experience
- A qualified team player but able to work with limited supervision with own deliverables
- Focused on the task at hand and always delivering high quality with an eye for both the details and the dependencies to other parts of our systems.
- Good verbal and written English
