Development ASP, Global Development India, Underwriting and Execution

Global Development team: will identify, evaluate and perform feasibility study of Self development and 3rd party projects in India. Which involves Land, Permits and Approvals for the project.

Responsibilities

• Leading Underwriting and Execution team in southern states
• Land Procurement Knowledge and Development
• Knowledge in Renewable Energy policies
• Follow up with Legal and statutory bodies
• Ability to resolve execution issues
• Handling Projects in KN,TN, AP, Telengana
• Handle project dependencies and team and stake holder relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum of 10+ years' experience of land acquisition
• 5+ years' experience of land acquisition for Wind Power Projects

Competencies

• Good stake holder management skills
• LPA experience and land acquisition regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication/ presentation skills
• Expertise in negotiations
• Problem-solving oriented
