Global Construction Management, Global Tools, Tools Region APC IN

Global Tools department is operating six Tool Warehouses in different countries in globally and Tools Region APC IN is part of one. India Tools warehouse is supplying Installation & Commissioning tools to Project department; Operation & Maintenance tools to Service department. Our aim is to deliver qualified tools to our stakeholder to operate the Construction & Service activity safer, smarter & better way and to be sustaining Vestas a global leader in wind energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Tools demand planning for overall ASP region in Global Tools
  • Ensuring Tools demand in SAP system according to the stakeholder requirement
  • Timely review with stakeholder on Tools requirement and changes to be reflect in tools delivery
  • Planning Warehouse availability and ensuring safety stock according to the project demand
  • Improve and coordinate planning processes in the tools warehouse
  • Monitor and well maintain the KPI of Global tools in respective to demand planning
  • Perform SAP business processes & data analysis
  • Forecasting the CAPEX & OPEX Tool and preparing sufficient budget for tools procurement according to the tools demand
  • Responsible for Investment process & Investment requests based on budget or approved business cases
  • Perform tools sharing with cross country and follow financial & SAP transactions
  • Confers and assists department to coordinate all production and shipping activities, and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays
  • Timely & Quality deliverables as per SLA agreed with Stakeholders
  • Participation require in continuous improvement & new Project to be succeed in business goals

Qualifications

  • Engineering Graduate or Any equivalent education
  • 5+ years experience in demand planning in a reputed supply chain organization
  • Proficient in SAP, Specialist in MM module
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package required
  • Data analysis capability, professional in advanced excel and / orin other data analysis tool.

  • Good skills and knowledge on end to end supply chain planning
  • To be a motivated team-oriented person & effective stakeholder Management
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and be flexible to meet the new requirements
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action analysis
  • High attention to detail with a solution oriented approach
  • Enthusiastic and motivated. Good sense of humour.
  • To be worked in complex tasks
  • Professional multi-tasking and organizational skills
