Global Construction Management, Global Tools, Tools Region APC IN

Global Tools department is operating six Tool Warehouses in different countries in globally and Tools Region APC IN is part of one. India Tools warehouse is supplying Installation & Commissioning tools to Project department; Operation & Maintenance tools to Service department. Our aim is to deliver qualified tools to our stakeholder to operate the Construction & Service activity safer, smarter & better way and to be sustaining Vestas a global leader in wind energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end SAP super user support to the Global Tools Operation
• Be an expert in SAP process & data analysis
• Monitoring the SAP for the Tools utilization and Operational efficiency
• Perform SAP business processes & requirements
• Responsible for extensive warehouse related operations
• Hands on experience for Material Enrichment - activating & deactivating for plants
• Responsible for Procurement & Enrichment Activities, Warehouse Stock Count and Material Master Data
• Handling ECM & NCM within SAP area
• Participation in continuous improvement & new project to succeed in all business goals
• Timely & Quality deliverables as per SLA agreed with Stakeholders

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate or Any equivalent education and above
• 4+ years experience in SAP as a super User in reputed supply chain organization
• Excellent in SAP, super specialist in MM module
• Proficient in advanced excel, VBA Macros and data analysis tool
• Hands on experience with data tools like SQL

Competencies

• Good investigative skill and fluent in SAP knowledge
• Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment and be flexible to meet the new requirements
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action analysis
• High attention to detail with a solution oriented approach
• To be worked in complex tasks
• Good exposure to MIS reporting
• Professional multi-tasking and organizational skills
