What youll do in this role:- Month end Journal entries for International entities.- Month end reconciliation for International entities including Bank, Other General Ledger Accounts.- Processing of employee expense reimbursements and recording the entries in Oracle.- Preparation of VAT reconciliation and provide tax group with supporting documents.- Manage Intercompany activity for International subsidiaries.- Preparation for statutory Trial balance and reconciliation of Oracle and statutory reporting.- Managing time-cards process and reporting.- Processing Vendor Invoices, verification, recording in Oracle and payments.- Preparation of monthly schedules, statements and reports.- Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register, periodic physical inventory.- Maintenance of proper records for all purposes including Audit & verification.
Requirements- Chartered Accountant with 4 to 6 years experience in similar position; experience with operations preferred.- Have a flair for numbers, work well with people, anticipate impact of workload & timelines.- Advanced Computer skills on MS Office, ERP like SAP or Oracle, and databases.- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.- Knowledge of Book-keeping and Accounting principles.- High Attention to details and accuracy.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to travel up to 10%
Qualification :
BA/BS or equivalent experience
