Requirements- 10+ years of sourcing and/or recruitment experience in a fast pace technical environment- The ability to effectively lead and support a globally dispersed workforce- Current knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) best practices including effective approaches to attraction, recruitment, selection and engagement- Experience implementing actionable programs to build diverse talent pipelines and execute on referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns- Experience functioning within CRM & Applicant Tracking Systems- An understanding of building and running effective drip campaigns, aligned to the identified future and ongoing needs of the business- Comprehensive knowledge on talent markets and trends in technical talent- Ability to effectively assess tools and platforms needed to find top tier talent- Experience in conducting market research and proven ability to adjust searches accordingly- Prior analytics experience with solid understanding of tracking, measuring, and reporting metrics to better drive strategic initiatives in finding talent- Manage all vendor relationships for job sourcing tools, tracking ROI and managing usage data and user seat expectations.- Ability to generate and manage high-volume and high-quality pipeline of global talent under very tight timelines- Creativity in approaching and sourcing hard to fill positions after all other resources have been exhausted- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally- A clear understanding of the recruitment process and the importance of the candidate experience and willingness to enhance processes to provide a stronger experience- Adaptable and able to change focus as needed- A whiz in Excel and all MS applications with Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferences- 5+ years of experience leading teams-Avature CRM/ATS experience- Consulting skills/ impact and influence abilities/ strong stakeholder management skills- Working knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence tools
