Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Attaining monthly and quarterly sales target.
  • Overseeing all the aspects of business development & sales.
  • Coordinating international sales & marketing activities.
  • Exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation & closure targets.
  • Making cold calls and qualifying prospects from various lead sources.
  • Sustaining a high level of call volume.
  • Creating proposals, RFP, RFI, agreement documents and invoice documents.
  • Following end-to-end process right from the project closure till delivery, followed by the closure of final payment.
  • Coordinating with the technical team for the appropriate delivery of the project.
  • Following up on leads from phone inquiries and referrals.
  • Assisting in sales proposals and preparing quotes for customers.
  • Coordinating with the design and development team for successful deliveries of all the projects on time and maintaining delivery quality.
  • On-time deployment of appropriate resources for clients in TnM model.
