2. A fair understanding of fundamentals and concepts of Magento, PHP, and Zend.
3. Ability to develop and manage e- commerce websites, web applications, other
websites.
4. Work on Magento integration with external systems, CMS/Payment/ Shipping
etc. Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document deploy applications. Sound
knowledge in Magento Extension development.
5. Write clean and well- engineered source code that complies with accepted web
standards.
6. Can understand the goals and create strategies for each project from conception
to completion. Participate in project deployment planning.
7. Communicate with technical leads, project managers, internal strategists, and
other teammates.
8. Must be a self- starter be able to work with minimum supervision.
9. Contribute to process improvement strategies by offering constructive
suggestions.
10. Review or test project deliverable.
