Netsuite Project Lead Job in Victrix Systems & Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities: Participate in Business Requirement Gathering sessions. Develop the Business requirement and system design document Drive the system deliverables as per the design document Support implementation team for functional inputs Total ownership for the complete life cycle of the project Ownership for obtaining signoff Taking Functional Interviews Training team members to ensure that resource levels are adequate in terms of knowledge and quality at all times Timely reporting to Executive Management and client key stake holders on performance, variances, issues and statuses Successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction and quality implementation procedures followed Building a personal relationship with key client staff, responsible for Customer Success Team Management Onsite client facing abilities Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of the project Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks Review, interpret, and respond to detailed business requirements to ensure alignment between customer expectations and NetSuite capabilities Participate in internal initiatives Other industry standard responsibilities Required Skills: Minimum 8 years relevant career experience, with 5 years in NetSuite. Experience in system applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider At least 2 years experience in a Lead Position managing a team of atleast 3 resources At least 1 year experience managing a team of not less than 4 resources functional and technical
