Oracle (EBS) Technical Consultant

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, maintain, and support Oracle Applications as per the requirement of the business.
• Work on complex applications using Oracle Applications 11i and R12.
• Work in Oracle EBS SCM, OM, INV and PO and experience on Web ADI, Workflow, Integrations, Conversions, and Interfaces.
• Create database objects like tables, views, materialized views, procedures, and packages using oracle tools like Toad, SQL Developer and SQL* plus.
• Expertise in System Administrator responsibility to create users, responsibilities, Values Sets and Request Sets.
• Create custom templates with Data Definitions for XML Publisher and Develop reports using reports and registered XML reports in applications.
• Troubleshoot issues, including creation/follow-up of Oracle service requests (SRs).

Professional Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of the entire Oracle E Business Suite of Products (R12 12.1.3).
• Technical skills in Supply Chain Modules mainly OM, AR, PO, AP, INV and GL modules.
• Worked on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions (R.I.C.E.) components with Oracle Applications.
• Technical expertise in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL (Basic and Advanced Concepts).
• Knowledge of OAF and XML Publisher is an added advantage.
• Flexible to work to adhere to project deadlines.

Experience:

• 8-12 years relevant experience developer with Oracle apps technical, PLSQL, procedure/functions.
• Experience in at least one of O2C, or Finance, or Service contract/Install Base area.
• Experience in leading and mentoring.
• Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expertise in any 3 modules of Oracle Apps.

Education:

• Bachelor s/master s degree in computer science, Technical, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and / or related field.
• Expertise in Oracle Forms 6i/10g, Reports 10g and PL/SQL (Min 8 Years).
• Expertise in creating interfaces through standard API"s and Interface Tables and data loading.
• Good analytical, Technical, Time Management and Communication Skills.
• Professional Certification if any added advantage Oracle Application and Database Certification, RDBMS with D2K, Oracle E-Business Suite if any.
