Essential skills:

• Practical knowledge of SDLC/ STLC.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and events.
• Excellent manual & automated testing skills.
• Experience in writing Test plan, Test Cases, Defect Report & Test Report.
• Experience with different types of functional and non-functional testing.
• Experience working with database, writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Experience with different defect management and tracking tools.
• Understand the business need and develop user cases to catch defects early in the cycle.
• Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team.
• Provide timely feedback to your team and ensure developers understand the test coverage and contribute to the quality.
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
• Strong analytical skills and high aptitude to learn and adapt new processes.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills and Can-do attitude.

B.E, MSc., MCA degree or equivalent

Nice To have:

ISTQB foundation level certification
