It Business Analyst Job in Vinove Software & Services (p) Ltd.

We are looking to hire experienced business analysts who can handle both pre- and post- sales processes. You should have had experience scoping, estimating and delivering commercial grade software applications. Job Description

• Client Interaction and gathering Client Requirements.
• Detailed Project Flow Analysis and Wireframe Designing using Axure/Figma/similar.
• Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the BD Executive/Mgr
• Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements,
• Assess customers met and unmet needs, and recommend optimum solutions, ensuringappropriate support for the proposed architecture.
• Share with sales team assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned market areas.
• Provide coaching and professional development to company s members
• Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensures these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team.
• Monitor R&D/ customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
• Provide training to customers when needed.
• If required, act as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer s expectation and initial proposals
• Follow and share market technological needs and evolution with Managers.
