Job Summary

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Experience: 2 - 7 years

Location: Kharadi, Pune


Role & Responsibilities

  • Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and branding materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, UI/UX, and development teams to produce graphics that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Design unique logos, illustrations, icons, and other custom visual elements to strengthen brand identity.
  • Apply creative design principles to enhance user experience on websites and app interfaces.
  • Utilize industry-standard software to create, edit, and optimize images, layouts, and animations.
  • Stay abreast of current design trends, tools, and techniques to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
  • Optimize graphics across different screen sizes and devices without compromising quality.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity and messaging across all visual assets and channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Provide creative insights and suggestions to improve visual storytelling and overall design impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2 to 7 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative discipline.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or equivalent design software.
  • Strong grasp of UI/UX design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Highly creative with the ability to conceptualize and deliver original, impactful design ideas.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present design concepts clearly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect and high-quality design outputs.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing is a plus but not mandatory.
