Job Summary
Job Title: Java Developer
Experience: 5 - 7 years
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications ensuring performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to enhance performance and reliability.
- Implement robust security and data protection mechanisms within applications.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for data storage, retrieval, and management.
- Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for developed features and systems.
- Stay current with emerging Java technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced development environment.
