Job Summary

Virus Positive Technologies is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the global Support Team, support our customers, use the platform, and help customers get the best experience from the products & APIs. You will operate as a subject matter expert for API products.

No of openings : 3
Salary Range: 2-5 Lakh per annum
Shifts: All shifts are required (Day & Night)

  • Should be troubleshooting the RESTful APIs using nodejs libraries or Java/ J2EE (Resteasy, Jersey, Spring)
  • Should be able to build unit test suites for APIs using Google ARC, Postman, SOAP UI
  • Good understanding of API lifecycle management and digital transformation concepts.
  • Good experience in SOA, Web Services, SOAP and REST services, Java/ J2EE, and EJB based solutions, Oracle FMW, etc
  • Analyze and resolve technical & application problems.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of APIs.
  • Ability to research, analyze and compare possible solutions.
  • Ability to search for relevant information and keep informed of developments and innovation.
  • High competency in communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences via phone or email mediums.
  • eCommerce domain experience would be an added advantage.
