Job Summary

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Role-and-Responsibility

1. Assist the organization with HR and other recruitment and hiring related tasks

2. Assist the customers with online or offline queries via calls, chats, mails or in

person regarding our courses, within suggested timeline.

3. Support our current student base with respect to their concerns/feedback and

maintain a high level of student satisfaction.

4. Provide regular work updates to seniors, esp. in case of any prominent issue or enquiry

pattern.

5. Ensure any new communication rollout is smoothly delivered to all the customer

and student base.

6. To also support the admin responsibilities of the institute involving coordination

with multiple departments, daily report submissions, etc.


Required Skill Set:

1. The candidate must possess good written and excellent verbal communication skills

in English.

2. The candidate should be professional, soft spoken and have a problem solving

approach.

3. The candidate must be efficient and eager to learn, with an eye for detail as well as

multi-tasking.

4.The candidate should be well versed with e-mailing and Microsoft - Excel, word

and PowerPoint

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - Customer Service, Front Desk, MIS, Reporting skill with 1+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida

Required - Good command over English

Experience Required :

1 to 5 Year
