Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive revenue through freight brokerage between suppliers and shippers. Manage the coordination of product deliveries; liaise between customers, warehouses, drivers and clients through effective scheduling and coordination of timely service. Process changes such as rescheduling or order cancellation. All for US clientsRequired Candidate profile

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and should have prior International BPO experience. Experience with Freight and logistics can be an added advantage. Should be willing to work in US shifts
