Job Summary
- Monitor and maintaine records and documents available in respective area/department
- Perform raw material quality checking with necessary lab analysis and cooking
- Online quality checking with necessary lab analysis evaluation
- Perform All lab activity and make indent for purchase of lab equipments
- Finished products quality checking with necessary lab analysis and cooking evaluation.
- Monitor all the process lines and process areas are as per procedure
- Monitoring Pest & rodent trap services
- Monitor Fumigation services and fumigation effectiviness
- Having certificate in HACCP / ISO auditor is added advantage.
- 2 to 3 year experience
- Proficient in English. Knowledge in identify the source of information.
- Gender: Male
