Experience of using Visio, flow charting, story board Must be able to know internet, websites, navigation really well Conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis and prepare business cases Contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, UI / UX impact and judge solution performance. Identify opportunities to improve our processes Translate business requirements into technical documentation Can do / positive attitude - able to interpret directions clearly and work independently and with the team when needed Ability to work collaboratively and independently when required Strong written and spoken communication is a must.
