Configuration Lead (pv Applications) Job in Vitrana Inc.

Description:

A dynamic, self-motivated individual to provide guidance and mentoring to the Consulting Services Operations of Vitrana across Argus Configuration, Custom Development, E2B, Custom Reporting and PV tools, and also to provide oversight in Business Processes, artifacts, configuration practices, technical training, assistance in maintaining and improving solutions and working with clients across geographies

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, Drug Safety Case Management business processes, business requirement development, with an extensive experience in of the translating business requirements into a fully configured system

The Config Lead will act as a Subject matter expert, ensuring optimal quality in deliverables and adherence to Coding, Documentation and Technology practices of Vitrana or the client as applicable

Responsibilities:

• Analyses business needs to ensure Vitrana solution meets customer objectives
• As a thought leader and customer advisor, influences customer management in acceptance of Vitrana solutions and services to ensure a successfully implemented business solution
• Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers
• Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement
• Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Vitrana products and technology to meet customer needs
• Applies Vitrana methodology, company procedures, and leading practices
• Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. will act as the functional team lead on projects
• Effectively consults with management of customer organizations
• Must be able to manage a small of team of functional consultants
• Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement
• Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget
• Lead the configuration team on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members.
• Effectively consults with management of customer organizations

Requirements:

• 7-12 years of experience relevant to this position, including 5 years of consulting experience.
• Extensive knowledge of writing SQL queries and/or PL/SQL code
• Significant experience in working with multiple Global Teams aligned to singular delivery focus, preferably cross-cultural and multi-functional
• Should possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, eager to learn & strong leadership skills
• Translating and executing business requirements of client into IT solutions and designing/architecting as per the solution
• Should have wide cultural exposure in managing complex customer interactions & ability to drive results in ambiguous situations
• Significant experience on associated modules like Argus J, AgExchange/ESM
