Project Manager (pv Solutions & Services) Job in Vitrana Inc.

Description:

Provide oversight and leadership in executing projects from planning to completion. Daily tasks including managing budgets, resources and relationships to achieve organizational objectives, as well as planning, developing and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

He/she often define and monitor each project team member s role and function and coordinate all team activities throughout the lifecycle of a project. Identifying and managing project risks and developing solutions are additional duties.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement projects
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define tasks and required resources
• Manage project team onboarding and offboarding
• Manage budget
• Create schedule and project timeline
• Track deliverables
• Support and direct team
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• Evaluate and assess result of project

Requirements:

• Relevant experience of 7 12 years, preferably in Pharma domain
• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent preferred
• Good Leadership skills
• Team Handling abilities
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Project Plan
• Experience of working with Vendors
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
