Job Summary
Under the guidance of the Training In charge and in co-ordination with other professionals and within the limits of established Company policies advise and monitor the clients for achieving the desired object.1. To understand the syllabus & contents of basic & advance hair designing (hair cuts, styling, colouring and treatments)
2. To deliver the theory & practical classes related to specific course
3. To hold & deliver hair workshops/seminars
4. To help with in-house revenue generation
5. To take grooming sessions for students/corporate
6. To participate in promotional events/activities
7. To understand & coordinate for city & guilds exams
8. To workout /plan batches/time table /lesson plans for students
9. To maintain and handle stock keeping (retail & consumption)
10. To understand how to place orders for various products
11. To conduct exams & evaluate students
12. To manage & maintain lab facilities & equipment
13. To manage the database related to students, alumni, suppliers & vendors
enjoys helping people, good listening skills, good communication skills, excellent motivator, patience, agility to handle short tempers, mood swings and difficult people, ability to take responsibility, proactive, enjoys challenges, fit and healthy
