Job Summary
Under the guidance of the Training In charge and in co-ordination with other professionals and within the limits of established Company policies advise and monitor the clients for achieving the desired object.1. To understand the syllabus & contents of basic & advance cosmetology/Skin Therapy.
2. To deliver the theory & practical classes related to specific course
3. To hold & deliver beauty workshops/seminars
4. To take grooming sessions for students/corporate
5. To participate in promotional events/activities
6. To understand & coordinate for city & guilds exams
7. To help with in-house revenue generation
8. To workout /plan batches/time table /lesson plans for students
9. To maintain and handle stock keeping (retail & consumption)
10. To understand how to place orders for various products VLPC, Vega, Others
11. To conduct exams & evaluate students
12. To manage & maintain lab facilities & equipment
13. To manage the database related to students, alumni, suppliers & vendors
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: enjoys helping people, good listening skills, good communication skills, excellent motivator, patience, agility to handle short tempers, mood swings and difficult people, ability to take responsibility, proactive, enjoys challenges, fit and healthy
Qualification : Diploma in Skin/Cosmetology Graduate/UG, Post Graduate Diploma in Cosmetology.
