Job Description:

We are looking for Authentication Admin with extensive experience working in a complex computing environment to join our Corporate IT Operations team. You will work as part of a team that provides operational support for the services like , Active Directory , PKI , MFA, and LDAP. A deep understanding of Linux OS, Active Directory, PKI , LDAP and PowerShell/ Python with VMware enterprise products is required. To be successful, you will need a good technical orientation; be a creative problem solver; be self-motivated to advance in the field; and work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, continual improvement
• Deploy and maintain Authentication services infrastructure for a Production that requires 24/7 accessibility
• Work with other systems administrators on maintenance of various environments globally
• Perform tasks that are often unstructured and address issues that are less defined requiring new points of view and creative approaches
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot virtual applications as and when required

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; including documentation
• Ability to handle multiple complex tasks, with tight deadlines concurrently
• Demonstrate ability to perform well in a dynamic environment, with on-time delivery
• Demonstrate ability to use problem solving techniques such as root cause analysis to resolve issues
• Demonstrate ability to write and present effective materials, including presentations, status reporting update, technical or architectural diagrams and flowcharts
• Ability to follow and adhere to policies, procedures and standards relating to storage and systems management
• Working experience with VMware enterprise products
• Ability to collaborate with a team working across multiple locations
• Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions
• Ability to work a 24x7 On-Call rotation schedule

Preferred Qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years of experience supporting production systems
• 3+ years hands on experience in Automation, Strong Knowledge in PowerShell / Python will be preferred
• 5+ years of experience with Windows / Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of LDAP, Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, will be added advantage

Education:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience
