Your Responsibilities:
Manage one or more teams, including People Managers, with responsibility for all aspects of VMwares order management activity
Manage hiring, talent review and bonus and salary review processes
Drive focus and execution on operations, strategy, project activity and employee and organizational development via effective one-to-one discussions and structured staff meetings
Lead initiatives in Employee Experience in line with the EPIC2 values
Drive and deliver on goals and objectives including team and employee development, organizational scalability and operational excellence
In partnership with global team, participate in development, communication and implementation of projects and initiatives around process efficiency, revenue integrity and customer experience
Working with the Global Process Owner, define, implement and communicate global standards for all Order Management processes
Ensure all teams are aware of and aligned to compliance guidelines and internal policies and procedures including SOX,
evenue recognition and Trade Compliance
Build and manage relationships with internal and external partners, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction
Drive the successful execution of Distributor closes and Quarter-ends
Drive SLA maintenance, efficiency, quality and team productivity
Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires
You Need:
10+ years software industry experience, including running an operational environment
Deep understanding of order management systems and policies, including upstream and downstream activity and revenue recognition knowledge
Proficiency in people management and leadership skills, including the ability to inspire a team with clear vision and purpose
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively engage with people at all levels of the organization
Organizational focus with the capacity to represent the team and collaborate with both customers and internal partners
Self-directed and practical approach to tackling problems, utilizing resources and cross-organizational collaboration
Experience working across global teams and solid understanding of cross-cultural aspects in a global work environment.
Solid interviewing and recruitment experience
Ability to work to tight deadlines when required; flexible to changing priorities a
evenue recognition and Trade Compliance

You Preferably Have:
Considerable experience in the Order Management domain
Experience/firm knowledge of SaaS business (Software as a Service)
Postgraduate education/qualifications
Oracle E-Business Systems experience
Lean Six Sigma practice
Business system analytics and project management experience
