Job Description:

• Manages the day-to-day marketing campaigns, customer communications and managing customer relations.
• Conducts lead management follow up and lead tracking in sales reporting tool.
• Source prospecting lists and develop targeted new business marketing programs.
• Ensure processes are in place for campaigns and events.
• Should be able to work in a start-up environment that is very dynamic and challenging.
• Highly self motivated and directed.
• Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Develop quarterly marketing plans which details activities to follow to achieve the needed customer acquisition targets.
• Monitor and report campaign performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement, identify new solutions to drive better performance.
