We are looking for someone to be part of our QA team that ensures all our products across Android, iPhone and Web are released without flaws to our global user base. Required Skills: Knowledge of Android/ iOS / web-based manual testing Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Great attention to detail, with an obsession for finding even the smallest of flaws in design and experience. Great work "can do" attitude, self-motivated and team player. Good verbal and written communicator. Bonus if you have: Knowledge & experience of QA tracking tools such as Hiptest (now Cucumber studio) Hands on with automation tools (Appium, Selenium, etc.) Qualification Requirements: B.E./B. Tech/ B.S.C./ M.S.C. Fresher to up to 2 years experience Any testing certification is a plus Responsibilities Ensure the applications meet the performance, quality and targets Design, Implement and execute test cases as per the specification documents, to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the product Translate design documents into proper Test Cases Maintain and improve test cases and documentation Report issues and work closely with dev team to ensure issues are resolved properly and in a timely manner Investigate customer complaints and be pro-actively create issues Improve efficiency by leveraging new and established testing methodologies (such as automation)
