Job Description:

Responsible for handling ATM includes Pre-Installation & Installation

Training, Preventive Maintenance, Trouble shoot, Breakdown Maintenance, Customer Interaction & Customer Facing

Attend all the complaints immediately. Rectify the faults and schedule preventive maintenance

Interact with the customer support team and R&D for major issues

Preferred:

Should be willing to travel & work from residence

Should be good in English and Local Language

Should be good in Communication & Listening Skills
