Job Summary

Desired Skills: SAP SD, Interaction Centre expertise, ITIL Knowledge and Experience

Desired Profile: Experience in SD consultant role in an SAP environment/client, SAP SD application operations, Invoicing, Billing, Deliveries, Consignment stocks, Pricing procedures, Scheduling agreements, Customer credit management, Pick/pack/ship, goods issue etc.

Education/ Technical/ Functional Qualifications and/or Professional Certifications: Graduate/Post graduate in preferably technical or business streams (Engineering/MBA) Sales and Marketing.

Role Purpose:-

  • The SD team member is expected to help at a consultant level with queries relating to Sales, Service, marketing, interaction centre (employee/finance), customer service management, web UI configuration issues etc. along with SD issues related to invoicing, billing, SD-interfacing with other modules + non-SAP legacy systems etc.
  • The team member should possess sound knowledge in SAP core areas of Sales & Distribution like invoicing, billing, deliveries, consignment stocks, pricing procedures, scheduling agreements, customer credit management, pick/pack/ship, goods issue etc.

Job Description:-

  • Should be well versed with Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Return, Credit Debit Memo requests, Rush Orders Cash Sales etc
  • The main challenge to the SAP Consultant is to assess overall business objectives within one or more process groups and design business processes in such a way that they may be effectively modeled and configured within the SAP environment.
  • SAP SD user includes master data and the process involves tracking of each and every transactionwithin the data. The sales and distribution master data includesof customer master data, material master data, pricing conditions record, output records and credit management.
  • Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge in business process for sales
  • Candidate should have hands-on experience on of Sales Processes
