Position Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of innovative software products. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly learn existing systems and components and actively participate in extending them to support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Software Development & Maintenance

  • Hands-on development and maintenance of web applications.
  • Code, design, test, and debug software components.
  • Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) for high-quality code.
  • Conduct code and design reviews to ensure best practices.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Maintain effective communication via emails and Slack.
  • Provide proactive status updates and structured, fact-based arguments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving

  • Balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Identify requirements and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Handle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.

Initiative & Ownership

  • Take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.
  • Work independently or in a team-oriented environment.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

  • ES6+ (EcmaScript 6+), JavaScript
  • Node.js, Express.js
  • React.js or Angular.js
  • MySQL or MongoDB

Good to Have:

  • GraphQL
  • AWS Services & Serverless Architecture
  • Microservices Architecture
  • Familiarity with Linters, Webpack, Grunt, Gulp

Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript & Object-Oriented Design
  • Follows best practices and coding standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to accept challenges and solve complex problems
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively
