Job Title: Tech Lead (Full Stack)

Position Summary

As a Full Stack Web Development Team Lead, your primary role will be to oversee the entire web development process, from initial design and development to deployment and maintenance. You will manage a team of developers and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Project Management

• Lead and mentor a team of web developers, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
• Develop and implement technical solutions for web applications.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and maintainability.
• Conduct regular code reviews and manage merge requests.

Technical Expertise & Development

• Design, develop, and implement UI, server-side logic, and database integration.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends.
• Ensure best coding practices, SOLID design principles, and project structures.

Collaboration & Process Management

• Collaborate with teams such as Architects, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript with React or Angular.
• Experience building REST APIs in Node.js (Express, NestJS, LoopBack).
• Proficiency in MySQL & MongoDB.
• Ability to design scalable database schemas and optimize query performance.
• Strong knowledge of best coding practices, design patterns, and unit testing (Jest, Mocha).
• Understanding of AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudFront).
• Expertise in GIT version control, branching, and handling merge conflicts.

Good to Have (Desirable Skills):

• Experience in Serverless & Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with React-Query, MobX, RxJS.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and MicroFrontends.
• Experience with message broking technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS).
• Understanding of caching solutions (Redis, Memcached).

Qualification & Experience
