Job Summary
A Business Analyst is a go-getter with superb communication skills. They are responsible for demonstrating Vtiger CRM to new clients, handle customer requests, and resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce and demonstrate Vtiger CRM to new clients
- Handle customer requests via calls, meetings, chats, and emails
- Manage customer accounts
- Kickstart training for customers
Requirements:
- Education: BE, BTech, MCA, MBA, BBA
- Experience: 0-1.5 years
- Excellence in communication skills - verbal and written
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience in giving presentations
Commitments:
- Willing to work only in the night shift
- Weekly off will not be on Saturday and Sunday
