Partner Associate Job in Vtiger

The Partner Development Associate is responsible for researching potential partners, developing relationships with new partners and identifying approaches to start discussions.

They are also responsible for expanding relationships with existing partners and managing a group of existing partners with the goal of increasing business activities. The Partner Development Associate reports to the Director of Business Development of Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new partners for Vtiger with the direction from executive leadership at Vtiger
• Handle initial discussions with new partners that include providing an overview of Vtiger and the value of partnering with the company
• Negotiate partnership structures with guidance and direction from the Partner and Legal teams
• Work with assigned existing partners to execute the partner development GTM activities
• Develop and maintain a Partner program Onboarding deck used for new partnership discussions
• Refine the process, in coordination with the Partner Team, of preparing a new partner for management by the Partner Management team
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
• Report regularly on the performance of assigned goals

Requirements:

• Any graduation, MBA preferred
• Minimum 2 - 3 years, preferably within the CRM industry
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Excellent presentation skills
