Job Description:
Handle Inbound as well as outbound call, Payment Collection, KYC verification, Follow up with client for agreement, Making Payment Entry in SalesForce, Receipts, Demand Letter Sent to all customers as per site progress for getting the payment from them, Checking at site for finish Flats as per customers requirement, Preparing and Sending Reminder Letters, Welcome Letters, Pre Termination Letter & Termination Letter, MIS report on weekly & monthly basis
