Hardware Review Engineer / Lead Job in Vvdn Technologies

Scope of Job:
The Engineer will be part of a central hardware design review and leading a team responsible for ensuring the release of flawless design to proto/volume manufacturing. Must be able to work independently and supervise the team and demonstrate good engineering judgment.
Understand the product requirement & design from the documents provided by the design team
Review the schematic & layout designs in accordance with requirements & design document
The review shall be done at different levels like component, circuit, system and to ensure functional, performance, reliability of the design.
The feedbacks shall be discussed with designers and ensure they are implemented as expected.
To provide final sign off for the design
To develop & improve the design guidelines and review checklist.
To train the designers regularly on the updated design guidelines and general design issues
Should involve in the development of VVDN internal hardware designs

Altium
Mentor Graphics

Required Skills:
Should have worked on 32bit Microprocessor & Microcontroller based designs
Should have worked on all basic interfaces like I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet, PCI
Knowledge of High-speed interfaces like PCIe, HDMI, MIPI, etc
Should have worked on a product that has RF & Antenna
Should have strong circuit analysis and debugging skills
Should have worked on the complete product development cycle
FCC/CE Certification testing experience
EMI/EMC design experience
Thermal & related design considerations
Electrical & Environmental reliability testing knowledge
Knowledge of SI & PI and related design considerations
