Managing multiple projects simultaneously and monitoring project timelines.

Ensuring successful completion and delivery of project as per defined scope and within estimated cost and timelines.

Developing the project plan and conducting project launch and scrum meetings.

Capturing project requirements, specifying the quality of the deliverables, estimating resources and timescales

Acting as a single point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

Gathering and documenting business and product requirements.

Monitor and measure performance at a project level (metrics).

Coordinate/lead Iteration planning, stand-up meetings, SW Quality Audits.
